Return requests must be received within 30 days from the day your package was shipped. All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All Accessories and underwear are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You'll get your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
1. Email us at email@example.com to request a return.
2. We will email you return number and a copy of our return address to be attached to your box
3. Box up and ship your return/exchange. If shipping from outside of Canada ensure you mark the customs form as return/repair. We do not accept any returns from UPS.
4. We will process your return or exchange, and you will receive a confirmation email once this is complete
