Return and Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, you will be issued a store credit within 7 business days.

All accessories, sale items and underwear are non-returnable. 
Original shipping charges, and return shipping charges, if applicable are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for store credit.

Store Credit:


Once we have received your package, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. 

Sale items:


Sale items can be returned for store credit.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
