HOLIDAY SEASON 90 DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Valid Oct 10 - Dec 10, 2017.
All products purchased between Oct 10 - Dec 20th have 90 days to exchange or return their product from date of order.
All items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable. After we get your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. All accessories and underwear are non-returnable.
Original shipping charges, and return shipping charges, if applicable are non-refundable.

Please note we DO NOT accept any returns shipped by UPS.
Once we have received your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that the order was made with. All items purchased with store credit can not be refunded, and are only valid for store credit. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You'll get your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
