DO YOU REALLY USE CRUSTACEANS IN YOUR CLOTHES?

Yes, yes we do.  Don't worry - its safe if you are allergic to shellfish, and is even used in bandages and dietary supplements. We know.... crustaceans fighting odor? Seems strange, but also awesome because it works and is also easy on the environment, and your body. The thing is it's really science-y and not as simple as dusting our gear in crab shells. Shells are made up of minerals, proteins, and chitin.Chitin is the magic ingredient which keeps our gear anti-bacterial and odor free. The Chitin is harnessed from the shells, and it is added to an aqueous solution with particles of nano and sub micron dimensions. This solution is then added to our fabrics before they are cut and sewn.

I AM UNSURE ABOUT SIZING OR HAVE A QUESTION. HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

Please be aware that because our garments are made and designed by us, they have a unique fit. Please see our Size Guide for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email us and we can help recommend what would be the best size for your body.

WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

By making an account you are able to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, create a wish list, and check up on the status of your order. You will also receive our newsletter with exclusive offers, need-to-know news and fitness tips.

WHY AM I RECEIVING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I'M TRYING TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

If you are receiving an error message in your check out process, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match what your bank has on file. Please try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?

It is only possible to make a change to your order if it has not been shipped. You must immediately contact our customer care department at hello@strongbodyapparel.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. 
We do our best to have lightning fast shipping, and once we have processed your order we will be unable to make any changes.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I AM INTERESTED IN IS SOLD OUT?

If there is a particular item that you are interested in, please email customer care at hello@strongbodyapparel.com with a list of items so that you can be placed on an email notification list. If the particular item you are interested in happens to become available again, we will be sure to notify you. Please note that some popular items may become available for pre-order, while certain styles may be released in awesome new colours!

DO YOU CHARGE IN USD OR CANADIAN DOLLAR?

We charge in USD. The exact rate is determined by your credit card company, and is dependant on the rate of exchange on the exact date you place your order.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition, with their tags. All SALE items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information please see our full Returns & Exchanges page.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. If you need an item in a hurry please email customer careand we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add order@strongbodyapparel.com to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

For our US customers we are happy to report that our goods are ‘Made in Canada’ and therefore NAFTA friendly - You will not have to pay duties.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Strongbody Apparel cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

 If you refuse a shipment from Strongbody Apparel, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Strongbody Apparel. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE IN USD IF YOU ARE A CANADIAN COMPANY?

We charge in US dollars as the vast majority of our online customers are from the USA or international. Additionally, most fees and costs we incur are in USD, so it just makes sense to charge in USD.
