USA - 5 to 14 Business Days . Tracking is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

CANADA - 3 to 9 Business Days . Tracking is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order in the designated business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Our products are NAFTA friendly, and American customers do not pay duty. 

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in USD. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. We have a currency calculator at the top of the page which you can toggle on, alternatively you can view the current exchange rate at the link below:      



By placing an order at Strongbody Apparel, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Strongbody Apparel.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery. If a package is returned to sender, a reshipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
