West Coast Strength Movement offer's one on one personal training sessions and a variety of group fitness classes. It's recommended you contact them in advance to book a consultation to guide you to the most suitable personal trainer.

They offer group fitness classes from Hip Hop Dance to Olympic Weight Lifting and much more. They welcome new lifters and experienced lifters from all over. Sometimes their classes get full, so give them a heads up before you come just so that they can make sure there is space.
